If your budget does not reach or exceed the above figures, I can still help! I recommend filling out the Quote/Inquiry Form and selecting Design Consultation. This option requires more DIY on your part, but it also leaves room to ask questions, be flexible and find items second-hand - something I love and have done in my own properties!

My 3D Room Makeover Package allows you to fully visualize your space before making any furniture or decor purchases. It combines the technology of virtual room renderings with my professional design skills to remove guess-work, mistakes, and worry. Because of the nature of virtual design, I am able to offer my design package at a fraction of what your local designer would charge. I will guide you through your redesign with expert design knowledge, personalized floor plans, shopping lists, and 3D renderings. By removing the stress of design, we get to move forward with certainty and have fun along the way!

The design process varies depending on the scope of the project, my current project load and your response time. If you have a specific deadline and make decisions quickly, the project completion will reflect your eagerness. If you would like to enjoy the process and take your time, we can slow down and have fun! Typically, the design process takes between 4-12 weeks from initial consultation to final 3D renderings.
